Reports to the Director Operations, of the History Center and is responsible to drive audience development and community engagement for the History Center. This position is classified as full-time professional and is exempt from overtime compensation. Works closely with all areas within WRHS and associated with WRHS, including as needed with the Board of Trustees, auxiliary groups, vendors, the news media and the public. Collaborate with Marketing Manager at Hale Farm & Village and the Development team to maximize visibility to drive WRHS reputation and brand.  

Qualifications:

Develops and implements comprehensive media plans for key areas of the institution. Aligns internal stakeholders and media needs to promote new programs, facilities, services and other activities for assigned Institute or business units. Represents the Cleveland Clinic at community events and public relations activities. Builds and maintains relationships with key local, national and international media organizations on Institute/business unit related topics and news. Provides Media training to physicians, staff and others to prepare them for interviews and ensure integration of core Institute/business unit messages.
