A Training Program with Meat and Meaning
This past weekend, Scott Deming presented a half-day training program on Extreme Customer Experience and Emotional Brand Building to a group of doctors and staff of eye care facilities from across the world, at the International Vision Expo Conference at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in NYC. Each attendee earned a certificate and designation of CXO - Customer Experience Officer. A similar program was presented a few years ago for all of the managers and employees of Family Fare Convenience Stores, a large convenience store chain in North Carolina. This particular program was a five day, eight hours per day program, that earned every attendee three credits from the Durham Technical School of Business.
