A Thank You Goes Out
Thank you to Salomon's Yacht Club for having us July 4th weekend. They have a very beautiful building on Back Creek off of the Patuxent River. Friendly members, good food and drinks. Hope to see you next year!!
Basket of Cheer Donations

A Cheer Basket will be raffled off during the Crab Feast and we are looking for donations of monies or booze to fill the basket to help raise funds for the club. Donations can be dropped off at Jeanine Schafer's boat, please drop off by weekend of August 26th.

Thank You!

Labor Day Raft Up
Fairlee Creek
We are planning to arrive at Fairlee at noon on Friday August 30 to anchor and reserve an area for the club to raft up together. If several other boats could arrive at about that time we can reserve a larger area. We can string lines between the boats. As you arrive Friday, Saturday or Sunday, call ahead on Channel 69 so we are ready and can tell you where we are. Our boat is Mahalo, a 340 Sea Ray Sundancer with a navy blue camper top. We will have a dinghy available to help set your anchors. Each boat must have a bow or stern anchor and we will alternate each boat. If we could have at least two other volunteers in dinghy's to help, it would be appreciated. Please bring ample fenders and dock lines for tying together. We will do our best to arrange similar sized boats together.

We are not planning any organized activity. A yacht club drink special will be available at 1 pm on Sunday. I am sure Jellyfish Joel's Beach Bar will be happening at various times. Please bring ample food to share.

Tom Gilbert, Fleet Captain

Something Good To Eat
Frozen Dessert

Take 1 chocolate graham cracker break in half.

Spread a thin layer of Peanut Butter, add a dollop of fat free

Cool whip, cover with other half, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Good stuff for around 80 calories and it fits in your boat freezer
