Board of Pharmacy Update:
The Board of Pharmacy will hold its full board meeting next week October 28-30th in Sacramento at the DCA Headquarters.  The Board's Licensing, Organizational Development, as well as the Communication and Public Education Committee will be heard on Wednesday the 28th.  On Thursday, the Board will discuss, and possibly vote on the proposed regulations for sterile compounding and drug take-back. The Board will also hear updates from the Enforcement and Legislation Committees. The agenda for Friday, October 30th will specifically be focused on the SB 493 Committee's APP regulations.  CPhA Advocacy staff and leadership will be there on behalf of the members.
