Workshop participants will increase their knowledge about how to plan and lead public meetings, moderate discussions of complex issues, and guide groups to mutually acceptable decisions. Additionally, participants will focus on how to gather a community around an issue and manage conflict.

CECD/ICDD Director David Procter has been traveling all over the country as well as the nation with trips to France, Denver, Alabama and most recently Ohio. Currently, Procter is in Raleigh, North Carolina, attending the Redesigning Democracy Summit.
