Thank You to Dawson Sales Principals
The Dawson Sales Company aisle boasted the presence of ten major ingredient suppliers - Cherry Central, Creative Food Ingredients, Franklin Baker Inc., French's Flavor Ingredients, Green Valley Pecan, Henningsen Foods, Industrial Commodities Inc., Inland Empire Foods, Sun-Maid Growers, and Valley Fig Growers. Another great show of support this year! Traffic was steady in the aisle throughout the show and interest in the premium ingredients being offered was high. Many productive meetings were held with existing customers and many leads for potential new customers were generated. Requests for samples that came out of the show were purposeful and promising.
The theme of the show was aligned with the CSIFT 50th show celebration, and suppliers were asked to highlight some of the history and innovation in the food industry over the past 50 years from each company's perspective. We congratulate Valley Fig Growers on successfully incorporating this theme into their show display.
Following the show, Dawson Sales hosted a Supplier Appreciation dinner at Gibson's Steakhouse in Rosemont. Most of the principals who exhibited in the show were able to attend, and it was an enjoyable evening at a prime venue with superior food, pleasant surroundings, top notch service and good fellowship all around.
