The 2013 Out & Equal Workplace Summit is in the history books. Over 2200 ERG members, HR Professionals and Executives from 41 states and 27 countries from over 15 sectors including corporate, non-profit and government came together in Minneapolis. The workshops, featured panels, global series, plenaries and roundtable discussions provide new insights and networking opportunities. The trip report is now available if you need all the details.

We are starting to compile the data on the workshops and will be sending out more information over the next month. Thank you if you were one of the presenters, attendees, volunteers or coordinators to help make this year's Summit a success. If you had not heard yet, the 2014 Out & Equal Workplace Summit will be November 3-6 in San Francisco, CA so mark your calendars.  For planning purposes, we will begin the Request for Proposal period for workshops in February.

We will select 6 of the highest rated or most requested workshops from the 2013 Summit and creating a virtual series that we will deliver via webinar in January and February. Watch for more details on our Virtual Summit.

Sincerely,
Pat Baillie
