August 2014

We are rebuilding the Parkway's iconic water fountains.

Many of us might remember as children climbing up on the stone step and sipping cool clean water from the iconic Parkway water fountains. Many of these historic water fountains are now inoperable and some have been removed. With a goal to preserve the character of the Parkway at each of the developed areas where these were originally located, the Foundation will rebuild and re-plumb two of the fountains in 2014.
