Hamilton Partners and the Village of Itasca are excited to announce that Flexera Software, LLC., has signed a long term lease for approximately 75,000 square feet at 300 Park Boulevard Building within the Hamilton Lakes Office Park.  Flexera Software, the leading provider of Application Usage Management solutions for application producers and enterprises, will relocate from its current location in Schaumburg, March of 2014. Flexera's new Corporate Headquarters will hold approximately 325 employees and occupy the top two floors of 300 Park. "We welcome Flexera to Itasca," says Itasca Mayor Jeff Pruyn. "Our community is a regional center for professional office and industrial, and Hamilton Lakes is one of the region's best office communities."

Elk Grove Rotary Club's President & RoccoVino's Owner Rosanna DeFrenza accepts the Christ the Healer Award from Lori Chalfie, Barbara Howard and Marjorie Orr. The award was presented to the club in gratitude of the clubs $25,000 commitment over a five year period to support Alexian Brothers School Mental Health Service Project. We are currently in the second year of the commitment and were pleased to present Alexian Brothers with a check for $5000. The program is designed to support student mental health at Elk Grove High School. A specialist is able to be on site several days a week for students addressing issues like academic, grief, loss, family, and other areas of mental health for teens.
