SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS

May 22-25, 2014

7:00 p.m. each night; 2:00 p.m. weekend matinees

"Goin' courting" has never been as much fun as in this rip-roaring stage version of the popular MGM movie!  Set in Oregon in 1850, Seven Brides For Seven Brothers tells the story of Milly, a young bride living in the 1850's Oregon wilderness. Her plan to civilize and marry off her six rowdy brothers-in-law to ensure the success of her own marriage backfires when the brothers, in their enthusiasm, kidnap six women from a neighboring town to be their brides. Bursting with the rambunctious energy of the original film, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is full of boisterous fun and romance that harkens back to the glory days of the movie musical. Prices are as follows: $15 Reserved; $10 Adults; $8 Students/Children. Make sure to e-mail theatertickets@linfield.com to reserve your tickets!

GLOW STICKS FOR HAITI

MS Families: The high school students on the Haiti team are excited about their trip this summer, and they're looking forward to sharing God's love in tangible ways with the children they encounter. But they need your help in making this experience even more fun for the Haitian kids! The team hopes to provide each child with a glowing bracelet and/or necklace of their own at a talent show and VBS dance party, and they are asking for MS students to partner with them by donating glow sticks to make this a reality. There will be a "Love for Haiti" box in the MS office where students can drop off their glow stick donation anytime between now and the last week of school. Thank you for your help!
