Christmas Programs Jr K - 12Save the Dates:

The Christmas season is here, and we are excited to celebrate the amazing gift of our Savior's birth with our Linfield family! You won't want to miss any of the annual festivities, so check out the following list of upcoming Christmas performances on all three campuses and click here for more detailed information
for each event.
  • December 10   7:00 p.m. - HS Lessons & Carols
  • December 11-12   7:00 p.m. - ES Program (Grades 1-5)
  • December 12   11:20 a.m. - MS Band Performance in the quad
  • December 14   12:00 p.m. - MS Band Performance at City Hall
  • December 17   6:00 p.m. - Kindergarten Program
MS & HS FINAL EXAMS
Final Exam Week InfoDecember 16-19, 2013
First semester final exams will be held on the HS & MS campuses during the week of December 16-19. School will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. each day, and students must be in uniform in order to take their finals. There are no exceptions.
  
All exams will be given on the following days and times, and there is no provision for exams to be given early:
  • Friday, December 13 - Review Day: Blocks 1-6 (full day)
  • Monday, December 16 - Block 1 - 8:00 a.m./ Block 2 - 10:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday, December 17 - Block 3 - 8:00 a.m./ Block 4 - 10:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday, December 18- Block 5- 8:00 a.m./ Block 6-10:00 a.m.
  • Thursday, December 19 - Make Ups (appointment w/teacher only)
A Reminder to LCHS Seniors: Christian Service hours that are to be included in senior portfolios are due no later than December 19, 2013.
Athletics
BASKETBALL

MS Family Fun BasketballBoys Basketball

Varsity Basketball will continue playing in the Big Daddy tournament on Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7. Time/location are still TBA. On Monday, December 9, they will play in the Nighthawk Classic Tournament at Murrieta Valley High School at 7:00 p.m. The Nighthawk Classic continues on Tuesday, December 10 at 5:30 p.m. and on Thursday, December 12 (Time TBA). JV Basketball will play in the Ontario Tournament beginning on Thursday, December 12 at 6:00 p.m.

 

Girls Basketball 

Varsity Basketball will continue to play in the Calvin Tournament on Friday, December 6 at 6:00 p.m. 

SOCCER

Soccer BallBoys Soccer

Varsity Soccer will continue to host the Linfield Tournament on Friday, December 6, playing at 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. On Saturday, December 7 they will play again in the tournament, time TBA. On Tuesday, December 10 they will host a game against West Shores at 6:00 p.m.

 

Girls Soccer

Girls Varsity Soccer will play at Escondido Charter on Friday, December 6 at 6:00 p.m. On Tuesday, December 10 they will host West Shores for a game at 4:00 p.m., and on Thursday, December 12 they will host the Linfield Tournament, playing at 2:00 and 6:30 p.m.

LCHS CHEER FUNDRAISER

Linfield Christian High School's Cheer team will be selling candy apples tomorrow, December 6 during both lunches. The candy apples are between $5-6. Thank you so much for your support!

SPAGHETTI FEAST & BINGO NIGHT

Sunday, December 15
5:00-7:00 p.m.
Linfield Gym

Linfield Christian High School's soccer players invite you to join them for a fun spaghetti feast and BINGO night as they start off the new season! The evening will feature an introduction to the new coaches and teams in addition to lots of yummy spaghetti and a lively game of BINGO, complete with prizes. POLAR EXPRESS
Polar ExpressDecember 6, 2013   8:00 a.m.
The 1st and 2nd graders are busy preparing their boxcars for the Polar Express Train Parade on Friday, December 6. This parade will begin near the 1st grade classrooms and will wind through our campus up to the High School. Everyone is welcome to come and cheer!

DECEMBER STUDENT OF THE MONTH

Katie Kostecka was selected as the December 2013 High School Student of the Month. The Temecula Chamber of Commerce, city officials, and local sponsors support this event hosted by Sizzler Restaurant. The breakfast is even televised via tape delay through the local cable TV channel. Congratulations to Kate on receiving this prestigious award!
