November 8, 2013    8:55 a.m.- 10:20 a.m.

We are excited to continue the tradition of honoring our veterans in a special MS/HS Veteran's Day assembly! It is our desire to honor those who have served in the military, to teach our students about the significance of the celebration, and to instill in them a gratitude for the freedoms they enjoy. Serving Those Who Served:

A special shout-out goes to Linfield junior RyeZeir Wilkins who participated in Mission H3: Healing Our Heroes' Homes, a community service project in which volunteers restore the homes of disabled and wounded veterans. Whether it's through plumbing, landscaping, installing ramps, painting, or demolition, the goal is to increase the quality of life for these veterans and to give volunteers an opportunity to serve those who have served their country. RyeZeir worked alongside his father, Naval Chief Petty Officer Royce Wilkins, and many other volunteers to restore the home of disabled veteran Commanding Naval Officer Brian Delaney!
