September 12-13, 2013
Next week is Kindergarten's annual Teddy Bear Week, and to commemorate the occasion, the students will be reading books like Corduroy, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, and The Teddy Bear Picnic. The week culminates in a very special teddy bear sleepover; the children bring their bears to school to spend the night in the classroom. Left unattended, the bears usually get into all kinds of mischief overnight, but on Friday, everyone will enjoy games and a picnic with their bears and classmates.
