Hello LCHS Parents,
We are excited to partner with you to help your students achieve all of their academic goals and to help them pursue the path of college; no matter where they are on their journey.
You have heard us say many times that the best way to help your students find the right 'fit' in a college is to visit. To that end, we are excited to offer a few trips this springand summer to give your students the opportunity to visit a variety of colleges and universities. Please see the college visit opportunities listed below. If the visit is during a school day, students must have a pre-arranged absence form completed one week prior to the trip (see LCHS handbook). Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Each of the opportunities listed below have minimum and maximum attendance requirements so please sign-up in the counseling office as soon as possible, if interested.

- $100 non-refundable deposit due January 11
- Total Cost: $200
March 24-28, 2013 - Texas Trip (Easter Break)
- Southern Methodist University
- Texas Christian University
- Baylor University
- University of Texas, Austin
- Texas A&M
- Rice University
- $250 non-refundable deposit due January 11
- Total Cost: $1500
If your student is interested in joining us for any of these trips, please have them sign-up as soon as possible we must have students signed-up in advance to book the trips. Remember, space is limited and our trips have all had waiting lists this year!
