Science Team Wins District


 

The Paschal UIL Science team traveled to Martin High School in Arlington on March 27th for the District Competition. The team won first place and will be advancing to the regional competition at UTA in late April. 

 

Team Members: 

Edward Nguyen (1st chemistry and 3rd overall)

Paul Ryu (1st overall and 1st physics)

Wyatt Reeves (4th overall)

Junsung Lee (6th overall)

Sue Oh  (12th overall)

Anand Iyer (10th overall)

 

Prom Tickets on Sale

Prom tickets will be on sale Monday, April 20th through Friday, April 24th during lunch in the main foyer.  You may pay with cash or with a check made out to Paschal High School.

Prom is Saturday, May 16

NHS News

Many thanks for the wonderful support for the cereal/pop tart drive!  NHS worked with Student Council to provide cereal and pop tarts for the Ronald McDonald House.

 

Senior members - applications for the chapter scholarship were e-mailed April 8.  Applications can be found on the NHS Quia and Classjump websites.  Completed applications are due to Mr. Wright in room 203 by 4:00 PM, April 30.

 

Junior members  - remember the chapter meeting Friday, April 24, in the Todd Theater at 8:05, room 203 at 1:07, or room 204 at 3:45.  Senior members who still need activities may also attend.  This is the last chapter meeting of the year.

 

College Planning -

Learn the important steps to completing a college application that will help lead to your treasure: COLLEGE.

Mark your calendar for April 23 from 

6 pm - 8 pm in the PHS Auditorium. 

In-state public schools, private schools, and out-of-state schools will be represented.

Junior parents and students need to attend. Other grade levels are welcome to come to get an early start!

Door prizes will be given, so let's pack the house!
