The Scoop on DC Living

My Home; My Castle

Back in December, I received a friendly letter requesting I change the title of my newsletter. It seems another esteemed colleague who works in the Washington, DC Metro Area has been operating with the marketing and advertising slogan "Rock the House," and actually went to lengths enough to register the trademark. I expect there are some frustrated musicians and marketers of music. However, I honor the trademark (and the law which protects it), and have brainstormed at length to find something new: #UrbanCastleDC.
A true Urban Castle in Kansas City, MO
No matter where we live; no matter what type of housing - studio apartment, townhouse, or mansion - our home is our castle.

As always, the mission of this newsletter (in its 8th year!) and my work as a Realtor is to offer world class comprehensive real estate service, including insights, news and trends.

I invite you to check out the hashtag (#UrbanCastleDC) on Facebook for articles and comments, and I invite you to add your own to the list!

If information is power, my goal is to help make you the most powerful consumer on the real estate market.
