We are rounding the corner on summer and school is back in session, (or almost back in session for some). Do I hear a resounding Yahoooo?!?! I typically wake the kids up singing (in a very loud and obnoxious fashion) the 1907 version of School Days to my kids the first day of school as my parents did for me, but as I was searching for a fun video to share with you all this month I ran across this gem from 1982's Grease 2, Back to School Again. Aaaannnd now I'm singing all the songs. Just might need to watch the movies again :) I know what else we all just might need to do and that is to head in to our nearest Paul's Ace Hardware store this month and stock up on the what you need, and maybe throw in a little of what you maybe-kinda-sorta need and then just a smidgen of what you just darn-right want :) No matter how big and no matter how small, Paul's Ace Hardware has it all!

An Employee needs Our Help
A lot of our Fountain Hills regulars most certainly recognize the smiling face here of Jeff Bruning. For almost a decade now, he has been helping us help you here at Paul's by delivering amazing customer service. Now he needs our help. In early 2013, Jeff was diagnosed with kidney failure which has since resulted in him needing to go down to only 15 hours a week due to his health and time needed for dialysis. Julie Buchkowski, President of Paul's Ace Hardware and TAP (Team Ace Phoenix) says, "Raising money for the Phoenix Children's Hospital is personally important to our entire retailer group. With the 2014 Ace All-Star Aiden located here in Phoenix, we felt like we needed to step up our efforts and do a big event this year. TAP is setting the goal at $10,000 for this event and $50,000 for the year. I think we'll hit that pretty easily; I'd love to blow our goal away."
