In this month's edition of my column I'm going to change things up a little.

Instead of me writing about our experiences at Orchids Garden Centre/Oak Hill Gardens, it would be nice to hear how you, the hobby/home growers of the country, are doing with YOUR orchids. We have over 4500 subscribers to this newsletter and I know there are some very good growers out there! I would be ecstatic to hear from you regarding your triumphs and accomplishments in your orchid world and I invite you to contribute to our newsletter.

By writing a short piece, you can share your individual growing experiences with other fellow hobby growers that may be struggling with something that you have mastered. Personally, I find advice from my peers to be more applicable than from any other source. With your great input, this could be a fun and informative column.

We have been very pleased with the response to the features written by our Orchid Guild members in the past months and now look forward to hearing from you, our readers.

You may submit your article in Word doc format via email to Linnzi at orchids@chorus.net by Wednesday October 23rd.  If you would like to sign your article please do so, or you may remain anonymous if desired. The chosen article will be screened for content and size prior to posting and we will notify the author of the piece chosen for that month.
