Hello and Happy Spring! Don't you just love this time of year when the hills are turning green, flowers are blooming and you can wear sandals and let your feet breath!
Now some of you are back from your wintering in the south and some of you are making your summer vacation plans. We just want to let you know that things at The Attic Window are always changing and we hope in your busy schedule you'll find time to take a class like the Duffle bag or maybe the Buggy Barn or just come in to see whats new.  
Have you seen the new Shimmer fabric by Northcott Studio?  Shimmer is the premier collection for Artisan Spirit, it encompasses an extensive range of exquisite textures in vibrant colors with metallic accents. Right now we have two colorways and plan to bring in more of the colors. 
Don't forget that we are still doing demos on the 2nd Wednesday at noon.  This month I'm going to talk about interfacings and stabilizers.  It's always a mystery on what interfacings or stabilizers to use in your project.  There will be a handout to take home to help you remember.  Hope to see you Wednesday, May 14th at noon. 
NOTE: To all the mystery quilters, we skipped the first Saturday in May due to the Apple Blossom and your next clue #5 will be this coming Saturday May 10th.  This way you had an extra week to get caught up.

Schlep Bag Class:
This style bag is a favorite because of it's versatility, easy construction and ability to schlep around just about anything you want to carry.

Be Still My Heart Class: be still These heart designs were created for a class on embellishment. You will learn basic embroidery stitches, silk ribbon stitches, & basic beading. Join Linda for 3 days of hand stitching fun.

Buggy Barn Class: Choose your favorite pattern buggy barnfrom any Buggy Barn Book or envelope pattern and join us for a day of fun!  This quick cut technique is good for any level, beginner to advanced. Most patterns use Fat Quarters. Let us know your pattern choice at least one week before the class.

Free Motion Quilt Class: This class will get you excited about free-motion quilting.  You will be making projects while practicing free-motion stitching.  The projects are designed to be light on assembly so you can spend most of your time actually stitching improving your free-motion quilting skills.

July 19th to Aug 30th (Saturdays) from 12 - 2 pm
