Policy Change: Consignment Returns |

With the growth of the business and continually striving to improve the level of customer service to you, our fantastic consignors, we've determined that we needed to make a slight change in the consignment return policy at Consigning Women . . .
Effective September 1st, all consignors will need to call us at the end of the 60-day consignment period IF they want the unsold items returned - this is effective only with consignments accepted AFTER September 1st!
All other unsold items will be donated to women's shelters . . .

Remember, this policy takes effect for all consignments AFTER September 1st - if you consigned items BEFORE September 1st and you indicated you wanted unsold items returned, you will still receive one courtesy call to pick up your unsold items from that consignment! Please let us know if you have any questions about this policy change . . . |
