Allen County Public Library - September 2014
Greetings!

Join us in welcoming Greta Southard - ACPL's new Director. We're excited, looking forward to getting to know her, and having her learn about the Paul Clarke Nonprofit Resource Center!

As the library enters a transition phase to new leadership I thought this would be a good time to include some resources for our nonprofit readers because some of you will also be facing changes in your agencies in the not-so-distant future.  If you've already created a succession plan - good for you!  If not, you should probably think hard about doing so.

Sincerely,
Marilynn Fauth

are inevitable, and they aren't confined to the corner office but in the board room as well.

Face it, Boomers are leaving the workforce and board rooms so if your nonprofit doesn't have a plan for leadership succession you need to make one - now!
