Give your shots some Polarizing PUNCH!
If you really want to add some kick to your images, then consider purchasing an inexpensive polarizing filter. It is the one filter every photographer should have for general shooting outdoors.
By reducing glare and unwanted reflections, polarized shots
produce richer, more saturated colors, especially in the sky.
For the best results, position yourself so the sun is over your right or left shoulder. The polarizing effect is strongest when the light source is at a 90-degree angle from the subject.
