June 3, 2014

June already, wow! This year has truly flown by and I have learned so much. I have been up, down and occasionally sideways, but always learning. My intention for 2014 was to cherish my love of learning new things, become more self-disciplined and use my time wisely. I can say that I have made progress, but not to the extent that I had expected.

This brought me to another important lesson. To practice with myself what I ask others to practice: self-love, compassion and kindness; To embrace the present moment for what it is just as much as what it is not. To bless and release the "should have" and receive each new day with an open heart!
