Happy New Year everybody!!! Namaste and greetings to you and your family! Today, the first of the New Year in 2014 feels SO right - everything seems to be on track - the universe's plan unfolding before my eyes.....(you do have to meet the "universe" half way though - more about that in my next blog).
Last year at this same time I remember being very pensive, trying to sort through some things in my life. But all the clearing and working on myself this year has helped me create this, today, literally the FIRST day of the rest of my life....!! And I just know this in my heart, soul and GUT that it's truly going to be an INCREDIBLE year!!!
How about you? How do you feel today? Have you taken a moment to check in with yourself and see how you are feeling in this present moment? Did you know that how you feel today and the feelings you have today, the people you meet, who's advice you take - will ALL impact the rest of your year? Are you willing to be totally present to what's going on in your heart, mind and soul?
What are you doing to "Pause" today? Reflect on what you want more of in your life for the next year. Stop worrying about the past, don't treat yourself like a fixer-upper, and definitely don't just day dream about your life.Live your life consciously - NOW!! Be in the present moment, be in action - PAUSE FOR POWER!!!
Yes - YOU heard it first here!! Pause For Power!! You will be seeing more and more about "Pause For Power" from me. I've realized that the pause that I tookin 2013 to invest time and money in myself, personally just for me, to take care of what I needed last year, has helped me start 2014 with the POWER that has always been in me, ready to be unleashed. Now you will see me share it more and more with you and I am SO excited. So get ready folks!
