The First Thursdays Meditation is a sacred space created for you to come and be connected with your inner divine self. You will spend an hour guided in meditation by yours truly. I started 1st Thursdays monthly meditation 3 years ago and continue to love the energy of being in the presence of everyone that attends. It is such an honor to have the space to lead this group.
