ATTACHMENT
A New Map of the Heart
Where are You
Begins June 3rd!
The emerging field of Attachment offers profound insights into our capacities for intimacy, empathy and selfhood. This dynamic and intimate group delves into both theory and practice, providing many opportunities to enhance your own "relationship to relationship". Join us for a six-week series exploring skills and attitudes that promote deep, satisfying connection. Through exercises, lectures and discussion, participants will:
  • Identify their own Attachment strategies and develop new possibilities for connecting;
  • Recognize relational cues in others and become skillful at engaging;
  • Learn what recent research in Interpersonal Neurobiology has to teach us about how people change;
  • Assess the quality of social, family and work relationships from the perspective of secure attachment;
  • Receive support and coaching to improve particular relationships.
Facilitated by:

She has a private practice in Portland and teaches Mindful Experiential Therapy Approaches at the M.E.T.A. Institute.
