THE PROFESSOR'S CONTRACTORS ARE FOR HIRE...
AND I'D LIKE TO SHARE THEM WITH YOU AGAIN
These contractors have been with me for over 8 years and completed about 50 of my 75 rehabs. They are honest, do excellent work, and are reasonably priced. All reside within the city limits of Philadelphia.
If you have a rehab to do, feel free to give these "where have you been all my life" contractors a call, and you can believe what they tell you.
DRYWALL
Emilio Hernandez. Very fast and inexpensive, $15 a sheet, ready to paint. "Really ready to paint." Call Emilio's wife Maldonado 856-761-5660. Minimum 50 sheets. I generally use him to do the whole house. He finishes in 3-4 days. Amazing!
GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Tommy Robison (267-549-4362) is the one on the right with his second in command Fran Carulli. Not only is Tommy honest and excellent, but he also helps me with the design and layout of the rehab. He is an invaluable asset. Please don't bother him with small jobs. He's a rehab guy. The worse it is, the more valuable Tommy is.

HARDWOOD FLOORING
Peter Huynh (215-275-3204) does all work associated with hardwood. He installs new hardwood and refinishes old hardwood. He is a master craftsman and can transform the old and the ugly to gleam brightly like an ice skating rink. What you think may not be salvageable, Peter can restore. Peter should star in his own reality show, The Rebirth of Hardwood. Reasonably priced. To install new hardwood, you buy the hardwood, have it there for Peter to install. He'll tell you how many square feet and boxes. I generally use Lumber Liquidators.

HVAC
Dy Thorn (267-456-4993) installs new heating and air conditioning systems at a very reasonable price. Good workmanship and will return to make good any problems. He is licensed HVAC in Philadelphia. Will, on occasion, do service calls, but it's not his favorite thing. Unfortunately, Dy is shy and didn't want his picture taken, but if you have a system to install, give him a call.
