Please Support Grad Night
Grad Night is an opportunity for our seniors to celebrate their graduation from Santa Cruz High in a Fun, Safe and Sober environment. This year, Grad Night will be held at the Cocoanut Grove Sunroom from 9:30 pm - 2:30 am on Friday, June 14.
We are going to start ticket sales at a price of $65/person. We would like to have as many of our students attend Grad Night as possible. Through the generous donations of parents and local businesses, we are able to offset expenses and fund scholarships for students with financial need - but we need your help! Any contributions to the Grad Night fund are welcome. Every dollar helps!
To make a donation to the Grad Night fund, please make a check payable to SCHS PTA and write Grad Night Donation in the memo. Mail your check to:

We are also looking for parent chaperones
to assist Cocoanut Grove staff in supervising our students. We will need at least 12 parents per shift to help. The first shift will be from 8:30-midnight and will include some simple set-up and decorating. The second shift will be from midnight-3:00 and will include easy clean-up (most of the clean up will be handled by Cocoanut Grove staff). To volunteer as a Grad Night chaperone, please contact Karyn Schmidt at kschm3@yahoo.com.
To apply for a Grad Night scholarship, please mail a letter describing the financial circumstance and the scholarship amount required to the following address. All correspondence will be kept confidential.
