From the Desk of the ASLM CEO
Dear friends,
As you know, ASLM proudly presents its first international conference, ASLM2012, in Cape Town next week, 4-7 December. From 1-3 December, satellite sessions are offered at no cost for conference attendees. Scientists, government officials from across Africa and the world, representatives from African and global non-profits, as well as many others, will participate and contribute to the ASLM2012 conversation. You can obtain important conference updates from our ASLM social media accounts (links above) and ASLM2012 web portal.
This month, ASLM also welcomes a new addition to our expanding Ambassadors programme. Professor Dennis Agbonlahor will serve as the ASLM Ambassador to Nigeria. He brings a wealth of experience to the position and we look forward to working with him and our other recently announced Ambassadors.
Next month, we will bring you important ASLM2012 conference updates. In advance, I thank our many supporters for their contributions during next week's conference.
Kind regards,
Dr. Tsehaynesh Messele
Chief Executive Officer, ASLM
