Greetings!
Everyone is talking about the Affordable Care Act these days and how it affects business. In fact, Rep. Mike Thompson, in partnership with local chambers, recently held a meeting to address the impact of the Affordable Care Act on small businesses. The Department of Labor published guidelines pertaining to the notices employers must give to their employees concerning their coverage options under the Affordable Care Act, and Covered California is the first-in-the-nation online health insurance marketplace established under the Affordable Care Act.
We continually monitor legislation that will have an effect on your business and advocate on your behalf. If you have questions or concerns about the Affordable Care Act, please let us know and we'll connect you with resources to assist you moving forward.
Thanks for your continued membership.
Sincerely,
Chris Messina, President / CEO Napa Chamber of Commerce

St. Clair Brown Winery 1601 Action Avenue
All aspects of St. Clair Brown Winery's production are done onsite in their state-of-the-art facility in downtown Napa. They make hand-crafted wines (less than 200 cases of each wine) from small, independently farmed vineyards across the Napa Valley. Their portfolio includes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel, Rosé of Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and a sweet Muscat. The brewhouse, which will sit between the wine cellar and restaurant, is currently under construction. Small lot, hand-crafted beers will be brewed fresh daily and piped directly from the finishing tanks to taps at the bar in the Eatery. Beer will be available on tap and in growlers and kegs to go. The Eatery will offer a garden-to-table experience to showcase the fresh produce from the on-site gardens, thoughtfully paired with wine and beer. The menu will offer a selection of appetizers, small shared plates, and full entrees that will change daily, and seasonally, based on the freshest ingredients from the gardens.
