On April 1, 2010 Tom and Amy Thalls purchased the Seward US Cellular franchise business. They both are very customer service oriented and felt there was a need in Seward for that. Tom's goal isn't to get more customers, it is to provide the best customer service in Seward, Seward County, Nebraska and beyond. Helping Amy and Tom with this goal is Alvin. He is the official greeter in the store, ready to say hello when old friends, and new ones come in.
