Now that the school year is in full swing, we invite you to attend our exciting fall alumni events. I can't wait to catch up with many of you at the Alumni Father-Son Mass on September 19. We will continue our alumni celebrations at the Homecoming Game and Alumni Barbecue on October 10. Finally, the Hall of Fame Dinner on October 11 will be an evening to remember - congratulations to this year's honorees.

Padre Football Team Travels to Southern California
|
|
 Attention, Padre football fans: For the first time in Serra history, the Padre football team will play against the Notre Dame Knights of Sherman Oaks - one of California's top 15 high school football dynasties. The game will be held on Friday, September 12 at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, located at 13645 Riverside Drive.
The JV game will kick off at 4 p.m., followed by the varsity game at 7 p.m. Please join us for pre-game tailgating at 5:30 p.m. (at the school). After football, there will be a fifth-quarter wrap at The Sportsmen's Lodge, 12825 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City.

Friday Night Lights: Serra Homecoming Game - Oct. 10
|
 The Serra 2014 Homecoming game and Tri-School barbecue will be held on Friday, October 10. Come and catch up with your friends from Mercy and Notre Dame while cheering on the Padres as they take on St. Ignatius. The barbecue is open to alumni from all generations. It will begin at 5:30 p.m. on the baseball field, followed by the varsity football game at 7 p.m. Hope to see you there!

We are currently updating Serra's Military Wall of Honor. If you are serving or have served in the U.S. Armed Forces, please CLICK HERE to make sure that you are on the current list.
If you are not on the above list, please CLICK HERE to send us your current rank and updated information.
To pay respect and tribute to our men of "Faith, Wisdom, and Service" in the Armed Forces, their names will be added to a beautiful plaque on the Wall of Honor in the Serra front lobby.

| Serra Roundup Dinner Dance - Nov. 14 |
 The Serra Roundup dinner dance will be held on November 14. The evening will feature a country-western theme, complete with line dancing, a chuck wagon barbecue and a live band. So, dust off those cowboy boots and come on down to the barnyard! This event is open to all friends of Serra.

This year's outstanding raffle prizes will include:
First prize - $10,000 cash
Second prize - $5,000 cash
Third prize - $2,500 cash.
