Who: 250 men and women living in Northeast Missouri, 55 years of age and over
What: A proactive volunteer clearinghouse that recruits and connects active adults 55 years of age and over with a volunteer opportunities throughout the community.
Where: charities, healthcare facilities, organizations, schools, community centers, hospitals and museums-- nearly 25 community organizations
Why: As long-time community members, these volunteers want to give back. Studies show that seniors who volunteer live longer, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
