Everett Public Schools InTouch

Dear (Contact First Name),

WELCOME BACK!
It was a wet first day of school, but joyful faces brought their own sunshine! Check out our "first day" video.

It was also the first time our transportation department had a call center devoted to helping families with bus questions and needs.

The call center will continue to be open and managed by the transportation team next week through Sept. 14. If you have questions about bus routes, please call 425-385-4144. We appreciate your feedback as we fine-tune this process.
State recognizes
Lowell for improving
student growth
percentiles on reading assessments

"It is so exciting to be recognized for this hard work," Lowell Elementary Principal Cindy Foster. "We want all of our students reading at a high level and we try any and all things to make this happen - reading nights, participation in the summer reading challenge, Accelerated Reader Assemblies - Lowell staff work tirelessly to improve students' academic success. We are very proud that our efforts paid off." Read more.
STUFF THE BUS breaks record!
Everett Public Schools Foundation and its partners have reached a new level this year, filling 1,868 backpacks for students in this district.

Thank you the community partners that helped make this happen: The Boeing Company, World Vision, Durham School Services, Fred Meyer, Molina Healthcare, Northwest Plus Credit Union, and the Everett Association of Paraeducators.

If you donated or volunteered to help this year's school supply drive, thank you!
