So far the winter has been wet but mostly mild. You know what? We have a cozy warm place for you 7 days a week, when you need it! How's it going with your new resolutions? Do you need a bit of a boost? We all do at times, life is up and life is down. We are here to motivate. For optimum health we recommend you liberally sprinkle your life with a generous amount of our Level I 90 Class - 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises!

February Community By-Donation Classes are in support of the BC Heart & Stroke Foundation. This class is every Friday at 6pm, suggested donation $7.
