Canada Day is 1 week away! Do you have any special plans? We plan to spend the day with family and friends and hope to soak up the sun on the beach, after doing some yoga of course! This day is a National Statutory Day and our studio will offer morning classes only to give our staff a much deserved holiday. We will offer a Bikram yoga class at 9:30am and a special Yin-Yang Class to Music at 11:30am.

We are seeking volunteers for a Special Event happening Thursday June 25th. This is a "Yoga for Seniors" event hosted by the View Royal Casino and will be taking place from 1pm to 4pm on their lovely new patio!

Britney Stables and Jacqueline Ellis will be leading two yoga classes during that time and would love to have some other teachers and students there to demonstrate and be a part of the classes. If you are able to be there for part of one1 or both classes we would love the help! You can arrive ANYTIME between 1pm and 4pm and just join in. Please bring your mat, towel and water and wear a little more then perhaps you may be used to as the patio is not heated but will be warm. This is a way to share your love and passion for yoga with the larger community on the West Shore.
