We invite you to join us for one or both of our
outdoor yoga classes at Royal Roads University:

Sunday August 24th 10am - 11 am

Sunday August 31st 10am - 11am

These classes are free and everyone is welcome! Bring the kids, friends and your family! Start your Sunday outside stretching in the sunshine!

Please bring a yoga mat, a large towel and water. Let us know if you plan to attend, it would help us to have an idea of numbers.

We will all meet just outside of the gym at RRU. Parking is available right there. Please arrive at 9:50am and we will walk a short distance to the yoga site together. There will be an organized tour of the RRU gardens after the class if you wish to stay. If you've never seen the rose garden or the water garden they are simply amazing!
