This is just a quick little 'blast' from us to let you know about the BC Day Celebration Performing Arts Festival, a great free event happening tomorrow in your community!
It's for the whole family and promotes music and the arts, along with keeping active. There will be activities for the kids and great live entertainment as well. See below for details and the event schedule.
We will be there as well! We are giving away a big basket of yoga goodies, so if you come be sure to come by our tent and enter the free draw.
If you can be part of our Yoga Demonstration please join us! Don't be shy - you may inspire another person to try this yoga and begin their own yoga journey. It is the perfect opportunity for you to share this yoga with others in the community. We are seeking volunteers to man the tent as well as to participate in the demonstration.
