It's another gorgeous day in paradise and already feels like summer. Flip flops and tank tops are certainly the perks of being a yoga teacher in good weather! Hope you are enjoying the balmy weather and still maintaining your yoga practice!

The  Yogathon and Silent Auction Event for Jane Farries is this Saturday! We would love to see you there. Please take a few minutes to read about it and pop in at any time Saturday to check out the items for bid and/or take yoga class(es). We'll have lots of goodies and an amazing silent auction as well as 6 yoga classes to choose from!! Here's the schedule for the day:

• 8:30am 1 hour express hot class with Peter 
• 10:00am 90 minute Bikram Yoga class with Peter 
• noon Warm Hatha flow class with Thandi 
• 2:30pm 1 hour express hot class with John  
• 4:00pm 90 minute class with Jacqueline 
• 5:45pm 1 hour warm Yin class with Dawn 
• Silent Auction 8am to  7:15pm.
