Excited, ecstatic, jubilant, overjoyed- and a little freaked out!  We are sitting with these feelings and noticing what happens because we are all moving to a brand new studio in October! As we all know, moving is monumentous!

Our new location is above an existing sports facility with an ice rink and a beautifully appointed gym. It is located directly behind Lee Valley Tools and above ICE on Wilfret Road. The studio will be equipped with a state of the art HVAC system for humidity control and radiant heat panels for heat. It is second floor, with ground level entrance from the parking lot at the back of the building. You will see a ramp up the side of the building which leads to the entrance! Specially treated windows allow us to see out without being seen. The studio will consume much less power and as usual there will be plenty of free parking. If you would like to help us move please let us know. Thank you so much to those of you who have already offered to lend a hand!

Our Fall Sale in on with great savings on Class Passes and Memberships. Throughout this fall we will be offering Health Talks and DIY Workshops on the weekends that will be educational and affordable. As we settle at the new location we will have an Open House & Pot Luck. Please keep an eye out for that announcement  as we'd love to see you and your family there!

The  BYW Fall Yoga Challenge begins September 22nd and consists of 20 Classes in 4 Weeks. Everyone who completes this challenge will receive a BYW winter toque, and will be entered into a draw for a 10 Class Pass along with some great prizes from our Community Business Partners.
