Are you confident in the
Bikram Yoga Beginner class?

Are you ready for something more?

Do you wish to take your practice
to the next level?

This is a 90 minute hot yoga class which will challenge and delight you!

You will practice the Pranayama breathing from the beginner class, all of the
beginner postures, and many of the
advanced postures as well.
This class is intended as a bridge between the beginner and the advanced class.
If you have a strong Bikram Yoga practice you are ready to give it a try!

Sundays at 11:00 am 
No warm-up required.
Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Bring 2 towels, a mat and water.
 
 




There will be a brief information meeting Sunday Feb 2nd at 10:45am. If you are interested in joining our team please let us know ASAP. We would like to register our team no later than Feb 6th to take advantage of the early bird price discount.
