Hello Students and Friends!
It is so beautiful at this time of year here in Victoria. The colours of fall, rich and vivid. The fog rolling in over the water, and in colder weather it is particularly nice to be in the yoga studio!
Welcome new students and returning students! Fall at BYW has already had its moments! The addition of the childminding Mon/Wed/Fri morning means we get to enjoy seeing little smiling happy faces and all their great energy. We've had a pumpkin carving, and 30/60 Challenge is still underway! Novembere 17th we host Fall Fiesta and Pot Luck (see below) and soon our new teacher Isolde will be back from Teacher Training.
Yoga practice can keep us grounded, happy, healthy! Sounds good right? Maybe you've flirted with a regular practice (3 + classes / week) but not fully committed? Ask someone who practices regularly and they will tell you how good it feels! Timing is everything. We are not always ready for the shifts and changes. Sometimes it takes longer than we wish. Step back to look at the big picture. Give yourself time and space to heal your body and mind, or to establish new healthy routines. Set attainable goals for yourself. If you are dealing with chronic pain or injury rehabilitation understand that it will be challenging, sometimes painful work.

Bring a dish to share, your own plate and cutlery.
Bring your good used yoga and/or activewear for swap or shop. Wash and tag all items with your name and suggested price.

Why Do Bikram Hot Yoga?
