General Provider Communication

Subject: Effective Immediately: BHS processes and access to all applications will be down until further notice  

 

 

 

Dear Provider,

 

BHS-ITS is experiencing some internal issues that began Saturday (02/15/2014). Because of this all BHS processes and access to all applications are down. All the processes will be down until further notice.

 

We cannot process the following files so please do not submit them:

  • Demographic files
  • Daily site change file
  • 834 new or change enrollment file

 

Once the problems are resolved we will process all the files in the order in which they were received.
