Revisions to ADHS/DBHS Policy & Procedures Manual

QM 2.3, QM 3.1 and QM 3.3

The Arizona Department of Health Services/Division of Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS) has notified Magellan of revisions to the ADHS/DBHS Policy and Procedure QM 2.3, Behavioral Health Recipient Satisfaction Survey. ADHS/DBHS has also added two new policies to the manual: QM 3.1, Inter-Rater Reliability and QM 3.3, Performance Improvement Projects. These policies will take effect Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014. Please take some time to review the documents linked below:

Currently, ADHS/DBHS has Provider Manual Section 8.4, Performance Improvement Projects posted. ADHS/DBHS will no longer update or maintain this section and it will be removed from the Provider Manual when the new policy, QM 3.3, takes effect on Feb. 25, 2014.
