Dear Provider,
In conjunction with the exit agreement for Arnold v. Sarn, ADHS is providing Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) fidelity tool training to those in the community who are interested. The training, set for February 4-6 at the State Lab located at 250 N 17th Ave in Phoenix, will focus on: ACT teams, Supported Housing, Supportive Employment and Peer and Family Services.
Subject matter expert from SAMHSA, David Lynde, will be leading these trainings. Continuing education credits and certificates of participation will be offered to those who attend.
Seating is limited. To register, please send an e-mail titled, "SAMSHA Fidelity Training" to DBHS.WorkforceDevelopment@azdhs.gov, including the following information in your e-mail:

- Tuesday, Feb. 4: 12 to 4 p.m. - Kickoff
- Wednesday, Feb. 5: Morning session - ACT Teams

- Thursday, Feb. 6: Morning session - Supportive Employment
- Thursday, Feb. 6: Afternoon session - Peer and Family Services
An e-mail will be sent confirming registration and sessions you will be attending.
Addionally, ADHS would like providers to post the Notice Regarding Agreement Affecting the Class Arnold v. ADHS CV0000-432355 in an area of their clinic where both providers and members can view it.
