ADHS/DBHS has revised Provider Manual Sections 3.8, Outreach, Engagement, Re-engagement and Ending an Episode of Care and Disenrollment; PM 3.9, Assessment and Service Planning; PM 3.13, Covered Behavioral Health Services; PM 5.2, Member Complaints; and PM 5.4, Special Assistance for Persons Determined to have a Serious Mental Illness. The documents linked below are effective Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, and have been posted to the Magellan Provider Manual. Please take some time to review these documents.
