Additional information: QM 3.3 Performance Improvement Projects is a new policy that will be located in the ADHS/DBHS Policy and Procedures Manual. It was formerly known as Provider Manual 8.4, Performance Improvement Projects. DBHS has revised PM 8.4 so that it now applies solely to the RBHA - provider requirements have been removed. PM 8.4 will be removed from the Provider Manual at the same time that QM 3.3 becomes effective as part of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
