Dear Parents,

The activities at AISK have started this week and the schedule for the year is being uploaded to AISK's public calendar. It is important that everyone signs up, even if they are continuing with the same activities. Furthermore, many of the activities have changed days, times, and costs.

A few persons have indicated that they are experiencing problems when trying to view the activities page. The issue appears to be browser specific and we believe that it may be related to the indivdiual preference settings such as privacy, security, plug-ins etc. I have included a PDF of the activities and a link to the sign up forms (below).

Please review activities (pdf) then copy and paste the sign up form link into your browser. If you have already signed up or the activity page works for you, please ignore this email.

Re: Credit and Owing for lunches

As we transition into the next chapter of our development we thank the AISK family for their continued support. Whilst we are still here, we can no longer afford to extend credit to teachers for lunches as at Monday, December 2, 2013. This is an accounting challenge for us to adequately keep track of each person's total and to remind both the students and the teachers to pay.

We are asking for your support in letting the teachers and students know that we will no longer be able to extend credit. In the circumstances where a child has no lunch, we will contact the parent and provide them with lunch and arrange payment for after school.

We thank you for your co-operation in advance and look forward to the weeks ahead.

Yours Truly
