1. July 2nd OIG Report:  HUD Could Not Support the Reasonableness of the Operating and Capital Fund Programs' Fees and Did Not Adequately Monitor Central Office Cost Centers.  
      
2.  HUD issues a Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS) Capital Fund Interim Scoring Notice re-instituting five points for occupancy sub-indicator and request for comment.
