1.  HUD released CY2013 Executive Compensation Data to increase public transparency and ensure accountability.  See HUD's press release for more information.   
 
2.  The Obama Administration released its April Housing Scorecard.

McGovern, and Efrem Levy, will be speaking at the ABA Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law Annual Conference, which is happening May 21-23, 2014.  On May 21st, former R&C partner and affordable housing trailblazer Gordon Cavanaugh will receive the Michael Scher Award at the ABA Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law Conference.
